Ms. Isabel de la Cruz Ernst

After growing up between New York, Spain, Florida, and Switzerland, Isabel de la Cruz Ernst earned a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Georgetown University. She then went on to establish her own development company, Ernst Development, which is dedicated to building and renovating contemporary spaces across the greater Washington, D.C. area. Her work has been featured in a number of local and international publications.

Along with her exceptional business achievements, Ms. de la Cruz Ernst is a tireless supporter of numerous charitable causes and non-profit entities. In addition to dedicating a significant amount of time to her work with Refugees International, the Seed School, and Innocent at Risk, Ms. de la Cruz Ernst serves on the board of the KHCF USA, the Washington National Opera, the Youth Orchestra of the Americas, the Washington International School, the Inter-American Culture and Development Foundation, the Foundation for Art and the Preservation of Embassies, and The Moore Space.

Ms. de la Cruz Ernst and her husband have four children, and are both collectors of contemporary art.
