It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the website of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation USA, a tax-exempt non-profit entity under section 501 (c)(3) of the International Revenue Code. Not only are donations made to KHCF USA tax deductible to the full extent of the law, these funds serve as a lifeline for thousands of people in the MENA region for whom urgent comprehensive cancer care would otherwise be unattainable.  

Jordan has long served as a beacon of safety and security for those fleeing conflict and violence, providing a safe haven for those who seek it. As our namesake, His Majesty the late King Hussein bin Talal once said, “The real victories are those that protect human life.” In recognition of his courageous fight with cancer, both the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center (KHCF & KHCC) proudly bearing the name of Jordan’s late monarch are tirelessly devoted to the global fight against cancer providing high-quality care to patients from Jordan, the MENA region, and beyond. Through its global network of partners and affiliates, the KHCC has led the way toward greater awareness, access to research and made global treatment options available to those who seek cancer care. 

Cancer does not discriminate. Its reach transcends age, nationality, background and borders. No matter the circumstances, every person afflicted with cancer deserves the highest level of comprehensive care at a time when a fight for survival is triggered in its most raw form. Patients across the MENA region and throughout the developing world should rightfully have access to the same high-quality treatment available in the developed world. As we strive to make this a reality, we are continuously motivated by the resilience of the human spirit that drives us forward in our quest to provide cancer care for all and work together to find a cure and eradicate this disease.

Based in a resource-poor country, the King Hussein Cancer Center has overcome extraordinary odds to become the leading institution it is today. Its highly qualified staff, strategic partnerships with top cancer hospitals and organizations around the world, the KHCC has earned international accreditation and has been recognized as offering the highest standard of comprehensive cancer care in the region. In 2017, KHCC more than doubled its capacity when the new expansion project was completed and inaugurated.
